I have travelled through many galaxies just to end up in this little universe I shall call Luàn.
Since the beginning of their existence, the Luànese have been surrounded by chaos and disasters. And the hitchhikers who come from all over the galaxies, have not done much but take advantage of the Luànese.
Just a few months back the Luànese received reinforcement from one of their neighboring cities. Let's call this creature Mr. Clean.
Mr. Clean was called in, to clean up this terrible, terrible place. Of course the senior hitchhikers did not like him one bit, because he is interfering with their master plan. As a result of that, one of the hitchhiker got a ride, and left nothing but debt owed to the company. As the weeks pass more and more of those hitchhikers are leaving, which, I must admit, is a relief to me.
But I digress, you are here to read about the chaos.
Due to the governing body of the Air of the Galaxy in which Luàn lays and the upcoming competitions, we are not allowed to complete our missions in our space ships for the next two months.
Mr Clean decided to do some more cleaning. Although this time, since there will be no flying activity, he decided to do a deep cleaning. Since this universe is quite big, he had requested help from a few volunteers. My compadres and I offered our help.
Initially we were going to rewrite the history of Luàn, but on Monday we were informed that some of us are not really needed. The volunteer group consisted of five, and three of them have the choice to extend their vacation for the next two months, or to submit to the Masters Luàn. Now, the Masters Luàn do not speak our language, nor do they respect us, because all those hitchhikers that have been here prior to us, have destroyed all possible diplomatic relationships with them. Of course it will pose a big challenge to provide any sort of help and cooperation, but if everything was easy, where would be the fun?
When operation “Deep Clean” was first brought up, it was to take place in Ultimate Destination, but that has changed too. The entire local staff of Ultimate Destination has been shipped to “Never Flies”. And this brought up my personal issue. Mr Clean's friends, who he had shipped in from his hometown, requested my presence in Never Flies as soon as possible. To be more precise, they wanted me there today.
After long discussions with Luàn resources and Mr Hiccup (one of Mr. Cleans' friends), I was allowed to go back to Ultimate Destination first, and then join them in Never Flies this weekend.
So, as of Sunday I will be living out of my precious little suitcase again for two full months.
Albeit I must say, one never knows what could possible happen on Luàn tomorrow. Maybe they will ship us to the End of the Universe.
